Coaching Services
If you have a specific identified problem and have specific goals in mind (ie- I want to date more comfortably, I want to help my family recover from my divorce, I'm struggling with achieving healthy work-life balance), then you may want to consider a personal coaching approach instead of psychotherapy.

Coaching is different from psychotherapy and before you make the decision about what type of services best fit your needs, consider that psychotherapy is the appropriate means for treating issues related to mood (I'm feeling down, I'm depressed, I'm anxious, I'm always angry with my spouse, kids, etc.), eating disorders, and substance abuse.  Coaching focuses on helping a person who is already living a healthy, functioning life, achieve a specific goal in one particular identified area, while psychotherapy is aimed to help a personal function on a healthy level.

I specialize in coaching around various relationship issues, including dating, parental/familial, and professional relationships.  I  define "relationships" more broadly than most people consider.  Specifically, I believe that we have relationships in all areas of our lives and relationships are not limited to other people.  For instance, most people do not consider that they have a relationship with their work or money.  Rethinking the concept of relationships as I explain, take a moment to consider all of your current relationships.

Allow me to help you make your relationships the best they can possibly be!  So many people never explore their feelings about their many relationships.  Moreover, they stay in the wrong relationship because they think it's the best they'll get or because they're afraid to admit they're not happy.  If that's what's going on with you, let me help you figure it all out.

Specifically, let me help you:
- Break a pattern of choosing the wrong partner, job, friends
- Decide if you're in a good relationship and how to make it a long-lasting, true partnership
- Decide if you’re in a bad relationship and how to get out
- If you're concerned about romantic relationships, let me help you find the best way for you to meet someone new
- Get through a break-up, divorce, or job loss
- Improve your parental and familial relationships
- Discover the best way to make a great first impression
- Spot and avoid waving red flags
- Recognize and stop destructive relationship habits
